Helis Easy Interface^®  

 

through "HEI Sentry" satellite modules, it allows you to control the step-by-step integration processes involving SAP systems. 

 

 

 

 

 

Heilis Easy Interface: 

Provides a Business view of the different integration processes and of the step composing each process;  

Verifies the successful completion of each step the message processing; 

Provides, in the language of business, informations about the progress of the processes which are necessary for localization of potential breakpoints and to manage and overcome the block statuses;  

Checks the integrity of the execution of individual processes; 

Manages warning levels and sending of Alert following the execution of particular steps or due to non-completion of processes.    

 

The management of integration processes, together with business processes management, provides the user with a complete and neat view, according to business criteria, of all the operation of the integrated system 

 

NOTE: Since modules "HEI Sentry" can be installed only on systems with SAP WAS the steps of process performed on non-SAP systems are not checked. Therefore if for example, with reference to the previous figure, the sender is not SAP system, the controlled  integration process starts from the entrance in SAP PI system of the concerned message and ends with the processing in the SAP receiving system . Conversely, if the non-SAP system is the receiver, the control of the process begins in the Sender SAP system and ends with the message sending by the PI system to non-SAP receiving system
