It is for this purpose that Helis Easy InterfaceŽ was born
a software tool for SAP systems that guarantees to its users a containment of cost for integration management and an improvement in integrated business processes thanks to the strong reduction of the resolution time of all emerging issues.
In fact in case of problems emerged in relation to functional issues (e.g. accounts or master data missing or partially open, customizing SAP not consistent with the transferred data, absent transcoding or wrong sequence of messages not consistent with the ongoing process, etc.), interested users are automatically advised with alert messages (e.g. mail), in order to allow quick and fast decisive interventions. All of this by using a description easy to read, completely functional, non-technical, and related to the business, filled in with precise references and numbers (e.g. number of the order in error, the cause of the identified error and a reference of the system that sent the message containing the faulty order). In cases where this is possible, Helis Easy Interface tries also to solve the problems independently, through a mechanism of automatic reprocessing of the messages in error status, without implementation of SAP Workflow nor any human intervention.
