Helis Easy Interface®
Monitoring systems available today on SAP environment can be divided between Systems for the Technical Monitoring and Systems for the Business Monitoring.
Helis Easy Interface is a system for on-line business Monitoring, which manages and monitors in real-time the execution of business activities executed in consequence of the exchanged interfaces between SAP systems and the outside world.
Monitoring information produced are expressed in the language of Business (with precise references to objects such as accounting, sales orders, purchase orders, transfer orders, etc.) and then they can immediately be used both by the help desk (first-and second-level) and by the end user, directly for determination of the problems occurring and their management. The same information can also be used to feed Business Performance Management systems.
